Shipping & Returns

In-stock jewellery pieces will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Made-to-order jewellery pieces will require 4 to 5 weeks to be crafted and shipped.
SUNDO Collection takes utmost care in ensuring that each piece is sent in perfect condition. All jewellery pieces are securely housed in a complimentary jewellery box. We cannot assume responsibility for items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
SUNDO Collection holds no liability for taxes, duties, levies, or any charges associated with incoming parcels for exchange, return, or repair. These obligations solely rest with the sender.
Domestic and International Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via SingPost Registered Mail.
All international orders are shipped via Singpost Registered International Mail.
At checkout, please be aware that customs fees, duties, or taxes are not included in the calculation. Before placing your order, we recommend verifying the import regulations in your country to obtain an estimate of any potential charges you may incur to receive your package.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request to exchange your item for another jewellery piece or store credit. To qualify for the exchange, the request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. The returned pieces must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by the purchase receipt and original packaging. Please note that sale items are final and do not apply to this policy.


We provide complimentary repairs, excluding postage and handling fees, for jewellery pieces identified as faulty from the result of poor craftsmanship. Any damages extending beyond what can be considered fair wear and tear can be repaired for a fee agreed upon by SUNDO Collection and the customer.
It's important to note that manufacturing faults do not encompass the following:
- Damaged or broken chains/clasps.
- Broken earring posts or backs.
- Missing or cracked stones/pearls.
- Broken or misshapen rings.
- Oxidisation or discolouration of metals due to lack of usage or maintenance.
